Court dates May 1–15 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Davida L. Thompson, 50, Greenwood, was fined $1,892.32 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, second) and disorderly conduct. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for two years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor bail jumping and theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500.

Kaleb Adam Walsh, 19, Neillsville, was fined $1,655 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) – passenger less than 16 years, PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (first). He was sentenced to 10 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 14 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device.

Gregory R. Schultz, 37, Stratford, was fined $1,404 for felony bail jumping, fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one year in state prison and three years of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were 11 counts of felony bail jumping, possession of THC (as party to a crime), disorderly conduct (as party to a crime), possession of drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime), two counts of criminal damage to property (one with a domestic abuse assessments modifier), battery (attempt, domestic abuse assessments), misdemeanor bail jumping, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments), criminal trespass to dwelling and stalking.

Richard J. Winzer, 26, Wisconsin Rapids, was fined $558.91 for misappropriate ID information – obtain money (repeater). He was sentenced to a year in local jail. He will be required to pay restitution costs and complete community service. A charge of credit card theft by receipt (repeater) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Various forfeitures Heber Ramon Siles Hererra, 49, Owen, was fined $1,087.50 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked seven months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Jadder Toruno Rayo, 38, Dorchester, was fined $911.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of operating left of center was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Nathaly Rivas, 19, Dorchester, was fined $767.50 for prohibited vicious dogs and other animals.

Marco A. Tentzohua-Salas, 32, Medford, was fined $443 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal). Thomas C. Tiley, 58, Willard, was fined $443 for disorderly conduct, amended from theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500.

David Scott Schutz, 41, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture fourth).

Dyshuan A. Smith, 37, Marshfield, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Loren Robin Morse, 59, Duluth, Minn., was fined $326.50 for driving the wrong way on a divided highway.

Ella Rios Garcia, 43, Westby, was fined $263.50 for possess open intoxicants in motor vehicle – driver.

Natanael Santiago Santiago, 18, Curtiss, was fined $263.50 for underage drinking – possess – 17-20 (first). He had his license suspended 30 days.

James William Stanek, 59, Chippewa Falls, was fined $263.50 for knowingly assisting a person fleeing an accident scene.

Taylor Lee Olson, 32, Colby, was fined $250 for operating a vehicle without an adequate muffler, amended from speeding on an expressway (11-15 mph).

Kimberly Kay Neises, 61, Pittsville, was fined $232 for giving permission to operate off-highway motorcycle without valid registration.

Alan Lee Prestebak, 67, Phillips, was fined $222.90 for hunting without required approval - R.

Monica Perez Claudio, 23, Thorp, was fined $200.50 for operating a motor vehicle by permittee with another person in the vehicle.
