Benjamin Otto Bersie, 48, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of two counts of operator failure to have passenger seat-belted, and was ordered to pay $20.00.
Laceekae Linnea Desiree Blechschmidt, 33, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating while intoxicated (1st). Court orders a forfeiture of $1,112.50, alcohol and other drug assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan, pay the blood draw fee of $33, ignition interlock devices for 12 months, 7 month driver’s license revocation, and to attend the OWI Victim Impact Panel on July 11.

Jasmine Brooke Garcia, 26, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of theft of library materials, and was ordered to pay $296.45.
