Benjamin Otto Bersie, 48, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of two counts of operator failure to have passenger seat-belted, and was ordered to pay $20.00.

Laceekae Linnea Desiree Blechschmidt, 33, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating while intoxicated (1st). Court orders a forfeiture of $1,112.50, alcohol and other drug assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan, pay the blood draw fee of $33, ignition interlock devices for 12 months, 7 month driver’s license revocation, and to attend the OWI Victim Impact Panel on July 11.

Lyle F. Blomberg, 90, of Ogema, was found guilty due to no contest plea of failure to stop for an unloading school bus, and was ordered to pay $326.50.

Kevin Daniel Chinchilla Ayala, 27, of Dorchester, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating without a valid license, and was ordered to pay a total of $401.00.

Sarah Elizabeth Cramer, 42, of De Pere, was found guilty due to no contest plea of theft, and was ordered to pay $684.50.

Brandy Star Duerr, 43, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of theft of library materials, and was ordered to pay $290.50.

Joshua Jonathan Firnstahl, 44, of Westboro, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of failure to wear a seat belt and exceeding speed zones (11-15 mph), and was ordered to pay total of $185.30.

Heather Marie Firnstahl, 46, of Westboro, was found guilty due to no contest plea of failure to wear a seat belt, and was ordered to pay $10.00.

Rodney Robert Galica, 50, of Westboro, was found guilty due to no contest plea of animal abandonment, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Jasmine Brooke Garcia, 26, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of theft of library materials, and was ordered to pay $296.45.

Marnie Therese Grigsby-Reischl, age 50, of Phillips, was found guilty due to no contest plea of illegal pass of a school bus, and was ordered to pay $326.50.

Michelle L. Higgins, 35, of Ogema, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating without a valid license, and was ordered to pay a total of $401.00.

Jace James Willard Jacobs, 17, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of speeding in 55 mph zone (25-29 mph), and was ordered to pay $250.90 and license suspended.

Aiden Anthony Mark Johnson, 20, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of speeding in 55 mph zone (45+ mph), passing in no passing zone and operating while suspended, and was ordered to pay a total of $929.10 and have his license suspended.

Galan Lee Lechleitner, 71, of Sheldon, was found guilty due to no contest plea of animal running at large, and was ordered to pay $169.00.

Melvin James Lorenz, 56, of Thorp, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of failure to keep vehicle under control, failure to wear a seat belt, non-registration of an automotive vehicle less than 10,000 pounds and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and was ordered to pay a total of $598.90.

Dennis Vilas Luscher Jr., 41, of Owen, was found guilty due to no contest plea of trespassing, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Samantha Opal Messmann, 24, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of non-registration of an automotive vehicle less than 10,000 pounds, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Alison Elizabeth Nelson, 22, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of possession of drug paraphernalia, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Brandt Foster Patrouille, 24, of Gilman, was found guilty due to no contest plea of burning without a permit intensive area, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Nikole Laraine Pecore, 43, of Bowler, was found guilty due to no contest plea of theft, and was ordered to pay $679.50.

Luis Jefferson Pena Chacon, 30, of Chicago, Ill., was found guilty due to no contest pleas of speeding in 55 mph zone (16-19 mph) and operating without a valid license, and was ordered to pay a total of $401.00.

Natasha Dawn Schulz, 40, of Wittenberg, was found guilty due to no contest plea of theft, and was ordered to pay $684.50.

Michael Patrick Spahn, 39, of Merrill, was found guilty due to no contest plea of theft, and was ordered to pay $1,269.50.

Michael Alan Thompson, 23, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of disorderly conduct, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Michael James Vallo, 20, of Wausau, was found guilty due to no contest plea of theft of library materials, and was ordered to pay $270.50.

Alejandro Avalos, 29, of Pingree Grove, Ill., pled not guilty to possession of a controlled substance .

Oliver Castrejon Conde, 27, of Dorchester, pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal).

Luke Dalton Freeman, 31, of Stetsonville, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct - domestic abuse.

Tara Lynn Koszarek, 37, of Wausau, pled not guilty to theft.

Warren James Tyznik, 60, of Medford, pled not guilty to failure to wear a seat belt, failure to stop at a stop sign and improper right turn.
