Court dates March 16-31 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Deven C. King, 21, Greenwood, was fined $2,097 for second- degree recklessly endangering safety and operating while intoxicated (OWI, second). He was sentenced to three years in state prison and three years of extended supervision. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include possession of methamphetamine (repeater), vehicle operator flee/elude officer (repeater), operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal, repeater), possessing drug paraphernalia (repeater) and operate with restricted, controlled substance (second).

Jesse James Maki, 29, Abbotsford, was fined $1,823 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, second). He was sentenced to 30 days in local jail, had his license revoked for 16 months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device for 16 months and complete an alcohol assessment.

Kevin Cory Mickow, 36, Kasson, Minn., was fined $1,744 for operating with a PAC (third). He was sentenced to 45 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 24 months, will be required to use an ignition interlock device and must complete an alcohol assessment.

Cody A. Miller, 29, Lublin, was fined $1,036 for possession of THC (second-plus offense). His jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 36 months. Charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony bail jumping were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Brian James Janish, 51, Eau Claire, was fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were three counts of felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Other forfeitures Ramiro Barajasalvarez, 27, Manitowoc, was fined $1,613.80 for possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle – driver, failure to stop at a stop sign, license restriction violation – Class D or M vehicle, and reckless driving – endanger safety.

Jonathon Edward Druckrey, Spring Green, was fined $623.20 for violating Class A Highway weight limits (two plus) and vehicle equipment violations – Group 3.

Alissa R. Dehut, 32, Greenwood, was fined $528 for felony bail jumping.

Robert C. Butts, 55, Eau Claire, was fined $443 for disorderly conduct.

Carmelo Hernandez Garcia, 38, Colby, was fined $443 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Max Franklin Martyn, 31, Colby, was fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. A charge of misdemeanor bail jumping was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Robert William Lauer, 37, Black Creek, was fined $343.50 for take/attempt to take game without valid authorization or tag.

Christopher Michael Armbrust, 51, Greenwood, was fined $326.50 for disorderly conduct.

Megan Jean Kilty, 34, Loyal, was fined $263.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Janluis Colorado Carrillo, 22, Colby, was fined $200.50 for operating while suspended.

Dillon Mckenzie Cook, 31, Unity, was fined $200.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture first).

Jill Marie Jacques, 57, De Pere, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without an adequate muffler, amended from speeding on an expressway (11-15 mph).

Hugo Lopez, 31, Colby, was fined $200.50 for possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle – passenger.

Stephen Daniel Le May, 57, Loyal, was fined $175.30 for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle, amended from speeding in a 55 mph zone (11-15 mph).

Melvin J. Lehman, 29, Medford, was fined $175.30 for speedometer violations, amended from exceeding speed zones, etc. (11-15 mph).

Christopher Anton Lindner, 53, Loyal, was fined $175.30 for operating a vehicle without an adequate muffler, amended from speeding in a 55 mph zone (11-15 mph).

Hunter Scott Metzner, 22, Thorp, was fined $169 for unlicensed dogs and cats.

James Ryan Baehman, 62, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., was fined $162.70 for sell or buy motor vehicle without safety belts, amended from speeding on an expressway (1619 mph).

Shane Steven Carpenter, 37, Humbird, was fined $100 for abandoned, junked vehicle and appliances prohibited.

Elijah Thomas Corrigan, 42, Humbird, was fined $100 for abandoned, junked vehicle and appliances prohibited.
