Found Guilty

James Alan Adams, 47, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating an ATV without a valid drivers license, operating an ATV without insurance and of operating on a closed ATV route and was ordered to pay a total of $601.50.

Valencia R. Autry, 25, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of resisting/obstructing an officer and of disorderly conduct ordered to pay a total of $779.00.

Paul M. Baranczyk, 33,of Oconto, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of exceeding speed zones by 16-19 mph, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Robert Charles Bennett, 68, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of failure to wear a seat belt and of exceeding speed zones by 11-15 mph, and was ordered to pay a total of $185.30.

Thomas Steven Bobbe, 68, of Dorchester, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of exceeding speed zones by 11-15 mph, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Katrina Marie Cowan, 25, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance and of failure to wear a seat belt and was ordered to pay a total of $20.00.

William Alan Dekarske, 49, of Cornell, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of exceeding speed zones by 11-15 mph, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Breyden Martin Dombowsky, 18, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of truancy, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Karen Ann Feiner, 76, of Dorchester, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of exceeding speed zones by 1115 mph, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Willard Walter Fischer, 34,of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of exceeding speed zones by 16-19 mph, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Sheila Elizabeth Frey, 55, of Withee, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct - domestic abuse, and was ordered to pay $363.50.

Kara Lynn Ingersoll, 29, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of exceeding speed zones by 1115 mph, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Steven B. Jarchow, 63, of Colby, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating while intoxicated and was ordered to pay $970.50. A charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (1st) was dismissed.

Molly Angeline Kapfhamer, 20, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of failure to stop at a stop sign, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Nila Jo Kiggins, 23, of Rudolph, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of failure to pay parking fine, and was ordered to pay $169.00.

Austin Frank Kimble, 28, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of improper repair of exhaust system, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Michael Wayne Korver, 20, of Ladysmith, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of exceeding speed zones by 20-24 mph, and was ordered to pay $225.70.

Bailee Rose Darling, 20, of Wausau, pled not guilty to under-aged drinking/possession, operating while intoxicated and operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (1st).

Leydin Carolina Florez Valdez, 29, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating a vehicle without a valid drivers license, second offense within 3 years.

Marshall Fuchs, 24, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating a vehicle while revoked (due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal).

Aron Tayler Molitor, 23, of Medford, pled not guilty to exceeding speed zones by 20-24 mph and operating while suspended.

Jorge A Santiago Pena, 22, of Colby, pled not guilty to operating without a valid license, third offense within three years.

Brittany Lena Volkman, 32, of Medford, pled not guilty to non-registration of an auto vehicle less than 10,000 pounds, operating while suspended, failure of operator to notify police of accident, failure to keep vehicle under control, and operating left of center.
