Found guilty

Stacey Faucher, 52, of Abbotsford was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Francis Rychtik, 25, of Chelsea, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of an amended charge of disorderly conduct, amended from battery. He was also found guilty due to no contest pleas of disorderly conduct - domestic abuse infliction of physical pain or injury; criminal damage to property; nuisance phone calls, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and hit and run.

Court finds Rychtik guilty and orders the forfeiture listed on each citation. The court dismissed but read in for sentencing charges of possess drug paraphernalia, four counts of bail jumping - misdemeanor, and two counts of operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal 4th+) Court then orders a straight sentence consisting of court costs, provide a DNA sample and pay the surcharge, and pay restitution and the surcharge. In the disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and criminal damage to property court orders a withheld sentence and places Rychtik on probation for one year. Conditions of probation are to pay the court costs, provide a DNA sample and pay the surcharge, restitution will be determined in 30 days and the defense will have 15 days from then to request a restitution hearing. Rychtik shall have no contact with the victim. Defendant shall write a letter of apology to the victim due within 30 days and must be preapproved by the probation agent. Defendant shall undergo AODA and follow through with any recommended treatment, Defendant shall attend counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent. Defendant has 29 days of sentence credit in the event of a revocation. All costs are to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts office in the amount $100.00 a month beginning March 13. Total fines and restitution totals $4,918.28.

Caden Schillinger, 23 of Gilman, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of two counts of hunting with an improper license and was ordered to pay $222.90 for each count along with DNR revocation and suspension. Court ordered a deferred prosecution agreement for illegal loaded firearm (not handgun) in motorized vehicle. Charges of use or hunt over bait or feed and hunting turkey without a valid permit were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.
