Court dates Dec. 16-31 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Patrick Gage Davis, 33, Ladysmith, was fined $12,115.58 for knowingly operating while revoked (cause death). He was placed on probation for three years and his sentence was withheld. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were two counts of knowingly operating while revoked (cause great bodily harm) and bail jumping – misdemeanor.

Charles A. Copeland Jr., 47, Neillsville, was fined $4,261 for theft – false representation greater than $2,500 to $5,000 (repeater) and entry into/onto building/ construction site/room (repeater). He was placed on probation for four years and his sentence was withheld. Two charges of bail jumping – misdemeanor (repeater) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Jacob D. Faude, 32, Owen, was fined $2,822.50 for manufacturing/delivering Schedule I, II narcotics. He was sentenced to six years in state prison and four years of extended supervision. A charge of first reckless homicide/deliver drugs was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Jessica C. Wantlin, 35, Curtiss, was fined $2,475 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) – passenger less than 16 years old (second). She was sentenced to 30 days in local jail. She had her license revoked 28 months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. Charges of ignition interlock device tampering/ failure to install/violate court order and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/ refusal) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Travis Jay Schraufnagel, 50, Colby, was fined $1,429 for operating with a PAC (second, alcohol fine enhancer). He was sentenced to five days in local jail and his license was revoked for 12 months. He will also be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Diodoro Santiago Mendoza, 30, Abbotsford, was fined $1,379 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, second). He was sentenced to 10 days in local jail. His license was revoked 12 months and he will be required to complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/ refusal) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Hunter J. Krause, 23, Rice Lake, was fined $1,329 for battery (domestic abuse – infliction of physical pain or injury), resisting or obstructing an officer, and intentionally mistreating animals. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years.

Ryan E. Brodhagen, 35, Colby, was fined $886 for battery (domestic abuse – infliction of physical pain or injury) and criminal damage to property. He was placed on probation for two years. His jail sentence was imposed and stayed pending further order of the court. Charges of burglary – building or dwelling and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Derrick Jon Sandfort, 28, Glendale, was fined $518 for bail jumping – felony. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 12 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest and failure to keep vehicle under control.

Paul L. Glinski, 45, Stanley, was fined $443 for disorderly conduct (repeater). He was sentenced to 45 days in local jail, with 15 days’ credit. Charges of intimidate victim/ threaten force, etc. (increased penalty for elder person victim, domestic abuse assessments), battery (increased penalty for elder person victim, domestic abuse assessments), disorderly conduct (increased penalty for elder person victim, domestic abuse assessments) and disorderly conduct (repeater) were dismissed but read in to the court record. Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Jonathon Edward Druckrey, Spring Green, was fined $2,045.58 for violating Class A highway weight limits (two-plus).

Luis Fernando Salas Tecpile, 27, Marshfield, was fined $1,690.50 for OWI (first), possession of drug paraphernalia and a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation. His license was revoked for six months and he will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Luis E. Gudiel Marin, 26, Rudolph, was fined $1,343 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first) and a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation. He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Roberto Jose Rios, 26, West Allis, was fined $1,142.20 for unclean/defective lights or reflectors, a license restriction violation – Class D or M vehicle, possession of THC (ordinance violation) and possession of drug paraphernalia (forfeiture).

Bernabe Ortiz Lopez, 31, Colby, was fined $1,119 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked seven months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Altn Orchirgoriaev, 42, Santa Ana, Calif., was fined $991 for three counts of interstate record of duty status, as well as failure to mark motor carrier vehicle.

Bradley Allen Lemere, 46, Eau Claire, was fined $985.30 for shining wild animals while possessing a firearm, illegal loaded or cocked crossbow in/on vehicle, and shining wild animals (10 p.m.–7 a.m.).

Mario Pena Santiago, 34, Abbotsford, was fined $911.50 for OWI (first). His license was revoked for six months and he will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Trina Kathleen Zieman, 44, West Saint Paul, Minn., was fined $811.50 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first).

Alexis Nicole Christie, 32, Neillsville, was fined $779 for possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aaron Jesse Pierce, 35, Neillsville, was fined $779 for possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Caleb Allen Wiesner, 21, Neillsville, was fined $779 for possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Suezann Francis Wirth, 19, Appleton was fined $779 for possession of THC (ordinance violation) and possession of drug paraphernalia (forfeiture).

Crescencio Pena Hernandez, 32, Unity, was fined $642 for ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order. A charge of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Adam David Letendre, 40, Stanley, was fined $602.60 for failure to keep vehicle under control and failure of operator to notify police of accident.

Christopher Michael Armbrust, 50, Greenwood, was fined $564.80 for outside consumption of alcohol and possession of a controlled substance.

Chantel Hope Beranek, 18, Loyal, was fined $564.80 for possessing or attempting to possess marijuana, and a park hours violation.

Ben Roman Stroinski, 17, Thorp, was fined $554.50 for shining wild animals/ possessing firearm. He had his DNR license revoked/suspended.

Brenna K. Joachim, 45, Amery, was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV or UTV while intoxicated (first with passenger younger than 16), amended from ATV or UTV – cause injury while intoxicated. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: ATV or UTV – cause injury while intoxicated and two counts of ATV or UTV – cause injury with a PAC of 0.08 or greater.

Christopher Lee Mazola, 51, Neillsville, was fined $452.50 for violation of vicious dog restriction – first offense.

Angela Leigh Thompson, 49, Muskego, was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV or UTV while intoxicated. She will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Gene A. Kayhart, 64, Granton, was fined $389.50 for domesticated animals at large – second offense.

Travis Lee Lewis, 39, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for possession of THC.

Hannah Rose Zwitter, 21, Appleton, was fined $389.50 for possession of THC (ordinance violation).

Kane Monty Strassburger, 24, Colby, was fined $387.25 for place, use or hunt wild animals with bait (less than 5 gallons).
