OURT Court dates Nov. 1–15 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Cody Allen Besehlich, 30, Marshfield, was fined $2,122 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.02 under an ignition interlock device order (third). He was sentenced to 55 days in jail, with all but the first 14 days stayed. He was also placed on probation for 18 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device. Charges of driving too fast for conditions and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Christina R. Josias, 32, Stanley, was fined $1,655 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first with a passenger less than 16 years old). She was sentenced to 10 days in local jail. She also had her license revoked for 14 months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Paulino Garcia Sanchez, 30, Pittsville, was fined $1,494 for operating with a PAC (second). He was sentenced to 15 days in local jail. He also had his license revoked 12 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. Charges of improper parking/standing of vehicle and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Nicole Lynn Amoore, 47, Stanley, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for 12 months. She is eligible for early discharge from probation after six months, as long as all counseling and treatment is completed satisfactorily, all court costs and surcharges are paid in full, and she has no probation rule violations.

Luis Jose Lopez Laboy, 33, Colby, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (use of a weapon, domestic abuse assessments). He was sentenced to 89 days in local jail. A charge of battery (domestic abuse assessments, domestic abuse – infliction of physical pain or injury) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Tyler T.J. Cooper, 32, Humbird, was fined $443 for disorderly conduct. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. A charge of battery was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Kyle S. Neinfeldt, 24, Greenwood, was fined $13,200.35 for causing injury/operating while under the influence (first, PAC greater than or equal to 0.15).

Michael A. Berkholtz, 60, Windsor, was fined $1,562.50 for endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon while under the influence (amended from operating a firearm while intoxicated) and failure to exhibit approval to a warden (amended from failure to obtain deer hunting required approval).

Jonathon Edward Drucker, Spring Green, was fined $1,717.96 for violating Class A highway weight limits (twoplus) and vehicle equipment violations – Group 3.

Marco Antonio Cuaquehua Sanchez, 24, Colby, was fined $1,248 for urinating in public and for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Amy Sue Rotar, 31, Wausau, was fined $1,019 for OWI (first, PAC greater than or equal to 0.15). She had her license revoked seven months, and will be required to use an ignition an interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

T and R Trucking LLC, Stanley, was fined $848 for a raw forest product (six-axle) overweight violation.

Heather Marie Johnson, 29, was fined $777.90 for inattentive driving, passing into oncoming traffic and drinking intoxicants/inhaling nitrous oxide in motor vehicle while on highway – driver.

Terence William McCarville, 55, Neillsville, was fined $684.50 for illegally operating an ATV or UTV on or in the vicinity of a highway, and operating an ATV or UTV with a PAC (first).

Kayleigh Ann Peterson, 32, Withee, was fined $614.10 for failure to maintain stop lamps, displaying a false vehicle registration plate and a cracked/damaged vehicle windshield.

Nathan W. Larson, 29, Neillsville, was fined $579 for disorderly conduct.

Martin Welding LLC, Colby, was fined $501.80 for vehicle equipment violations – Group 1 and non-registration of other vehicle.

Joshua John Susa, 32, Tony, was fined $501.80 for passing on a hill or curve, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Rueben Sanchez, 21, Chili, was fined $389.50 for failure of operator to notify police of accident.

Luis F. Itehua Acacia, 25, Abbotsford, was fined $388.40 for unsafe turn at an intersection and operating left of center.

William Paul Nolechek, 65, Thorp, was fined $300.20 for disorderly conduct and trespass to land.

Christine M. Poppe, 64, Owen, was fined $300.20 for two counts of junked vehicles and appliances on private property.

Michael James Wheeler, 65, Mayville, was fined $266.65 for hunting deer in an unauthorized quota area.

Marlin Weaver Zimmerman, 43, Withee, was fined $263.50 for domesticated animals at large – first offense.

Mitchell William Knoll, 26, Eagle, was fined $232 for operating an ATV in an unreasonable or improper manner.

Susan T. Kelly, 64, Kenosha, was fined $214.50 for Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation, amended from possession of THC. Charges of possessing methamphetamine and possessing drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Hmong Moua, 43, Milwaukee, was fined $232 for improperly operating an ATV or UTV on public property.

Tatiana Soto Rodriguez, 33, Marshfield, was fined $213.10 for unreasonable and imprudent speed.

Kenneth Lloyd Pope, 59, Mount Pleasant, was fined $200.50 for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle, amended from speeding in a 55 mph zone (16-19 mph).

Robyn Lynn Short, 44, Thorp, was fined $200.50 for domesticated animals at large – second offense, amended from disorderly conduct – county/municipality.
