eports n Edwin D. Meyer, 82, Marshfield, was fined $641.50 for reckless drivingendangering safety/work zone, $175.30 for failure to equip a vehicle with fenders, $175.30 for operating a vehicle with less than 2/32-inch tread on tires, and $200.50 for towing with improper safety chains.

n Martin Mireles Garcia, 40, Dorchester, was sentenced to eight years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision and fined $518 for child enticement/sexual contact. He was also sentenced to one year in prison and one year of extended supervision and fined $518 on each of two counts of exposing a child to harmful material. Charges of first-degree sexual assault of a child, incest, and disorderly conduct were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

n Ritajane Moeller, 49, Neillsville, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for disorderly conduct. She was also placed on probation for 18 months and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and $443 for disorderly conduct.

n Juan C. Moreno Lopez, 20, Colby, was sentenced to eight months and 30 days in jail after his probation was revoked on 2021 convictions for battery, resisting or obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to an additional 30 days in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2021 conviction in a separate case for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse.

n Tiffany N. Moss, 30, Black River Falls, was sentenced to 40 days in jail and fined $443 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense.

n Clifton J. Neubauer, 21, Unity, was fined $200.50 on each of two counts of operating a vehicle without insurance, $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign, and $175.30 for non-registration.

n Gerald L. Pearson, 45, whose address is listed as the Stanley Corrections Institution, was sentenced to three years in prison and five years of extended supervision and ordered to pay $1,469.13 in costs and restitution for second-degree recklessly endangering safety. He was also sentenced to three years in prison and three years of extended supervision (to run concurrently with first sentence) and fined $518 for resisting an officer/substantial bodily injury. A charge of vehicle operator fleeing/eluding an officer- repeater was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

n Crescencio Pena Hernandez, 31, Unity, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

n Matthew P. Renzi, 33, Ocala, Fla., was sentenced to 282 days in jail and fined $518 for interfering with child custody/as party to a crime. He was also placed on probation for three years and fined $518 on a second charge of interfering with child custody/as party to a crime.

n Kathia Rodriguez Castro, 23, Curtiss, was placed on probation for 18 months and was ordered to pay $1,766 in fines and costs on two counts of neglecting a child.

n Nathan L. Sanford, 34, Lake City, Minn., was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated and $232 for operating an ATV in an unreasonable/ improper manner.

n Brendan S. Schauer, 22, Dorchester, was fined $217.90 for an illegal loaded/cocked crossbow in/on a vehicle and $258.10 for an illegal loaded firearm in a motorized vehicle.

n Joseph L. Schmitz, 39, Greenwood, was fined $225.70 on each of two counts of speeding and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

n Keith D.W. Soward, 32, Stanley, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $389.50 for possession of THC, $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

n Ty C. Umback, 45, Curtiss, was sentenced to 10 years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision and fined $518 for repeated sexual assault of the same child. He was sentenced to an additional eight years in prison and eight years of extended supervision -- to run consecutively to the first sentence -- for a second count of repeated sexual assault of the same child. He was sentenced to an additional five years in prison and five years of extended supervision -- to run concurrently with the first two sentences -- and fined $518 for second-degree sexual assault of a child. Additional charges of first-degree sexual assault of a child and intimidating a victim to dissuade reporting were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

n Jason Vang, 34, St. Paul, Minn., was sentenced to four years in prison and four years of extended supervision and fined $518 for possession of amphetamine/methamphetamine with intent to deliver/as party to a crime. Charges of bail jumping, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture/compound/convert/produce or store methamphetamine, and possession of methamphetamine were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

n Vanessa R. Weichelt, 23, Spencer, was fined $187.90 on each of two counts of inattentive driving, $263.50 on each of two counts of hit-and-run of an unattended vehicle, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

n Cheenyia S. Xiong, 21, Menasha, was fined $301.30 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

n Betsy J. Zemlock, 46, Little Chute, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
