eports n Abraham Becker, 40, Medford, was sentenced to 90 days in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2020 conviction for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse.

n Gary J. Bednarek, 46, Portage, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 24 months of extended supervision for a fifth/sixth OWI offense. He was fined $1,819, his driver’s license was revoked for 36 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 36 months.

n Giovanni W.E. Birch, 20, Glen Flora, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $443 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/second offense within three years.

n Jesse T. Black, 32, Neillsville, was sentenced to 120 days in jail for battery/repeater. Twenty days of the sentence are to be served and the remainder are stayed. Black was placed on probation for two years and fined $443. He was also ordered to perform 80 hours of community service and pay $3,340.60 in fines and costs for felony bail jumping, and fined $443 for criminal damage to property/ repeater. Additional counts of felony bail jumping/repeater, battery/repeater, and disorderly conduct/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record. In a separate case, he was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $443 for misdemeanor bail jumping/repeater. Additional counts of theft of moveable property/repeater, disorderly conduct/domestic abuse/repeater, and disorderly conduct/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record. In another separate case, he was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $443 for disorderly conduct/ repeater. Additional counts of battery by prisoners/repeater, disorderly conduct/ repeater, and violation of state/county institution laws/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

n Christopher C. Bollman, 40, Wisconsin Rapids, was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $518 for possession of THC/second offense. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

n Dontay E. Cloud, 19, Black River Falls, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

n Cheyenne R. Dick, 22, Black River Falls, was ordered to pay $655.86 in fines and restitution for theft of property.

n Jasmine J. Drinka, 21, Neillsville, was fined $987.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $389.50 for possessing or attempting to possess marijuana, $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, and $175.30 for speeding.

n Glen A. Fifer, 41, Thorp, was sentenced to six years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision and was ordered to pay $355 in fines and costs for second-degree sexual assault of a child. He was sentenced to an additional six years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision and was ordered to pay $518 in fines and costs for repeated sexual assault of the same child.

n Aaron L. Holden, 23, Granton, was fined $200.50 for failure to stop at an accident scene, $175.30 for nonregistration, and $187.90 for inattentive driving.

n Dino A. Lapetina, 29, Thorp, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $543 for battery/domestic abuse. A charge of disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record. In a separate case, he was fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and $443 for misdemeanor bail jumping. Additional charges of disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse/as party to a crime were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

n Marc A. Lindgren, 34, Loyal, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for battery. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $443. He was also placed on probation for 24 months and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse.

n Tyler J. Mohr, 29, Black River Falls, was sentenced to six months in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2021 conviction for bail jumping. He was also sentenced to 15 days in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2021 conviction for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 month and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months. In a separate case, he was sentenced to six months in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2020 conviction for possession of THC with intent to deliver.

n John W. Snape II, 61, Tomah, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for intimidating a victim to dissuade reporting/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years and fined $493. He was also fined $243 for resisting or obstructing an officer and $243 for disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse. Additional charges of false imprisonment/use of a dangerous weapon/domestic abuse and stalking/use of a dangerous weapon/ domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
