Dennis L. Bakke, 50, Unity, was fined $1,065.70 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center.

Wendel L. Brubaker, 17, Withee, was fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit).

Nahir Chavarria Siles, 20, Thorp, was fined $175.30 for speeding, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Sean C. Danley, Lansing, Kan., was placed on probation for three years for five counts of failure to support a child. He was ordered to pay $13,598.94 in restitution and fines. Five additional charges of failure to support a child were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Brent R. Eberly, 17, Withee, was fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit).

Floyd S. Eberly, Withee, was fined $238.30 on one charge of vehicle equipment violations, $175.30 on a second charge of vehicle equipment violations, and $263.50 for improper registration.

Christopher R. Fockler, 29, Menasha, was fined $389.50 for possession of THC, $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, $175.30 for speeding, $200.50 for operating while suspended, and $175.30 for non-registration.

Dacota J. Garrard-Casey, 21, Attalla, Ala., was sentenced to 120 days in jail for fourth-degree sexual assault. Thirty days of the sentence are to be served and the remainder are stayed. He was placed on probation for two years and fined $443. He was also placed on probation for two years and fined $443 on a second count of fourth-degree sexual assault.

Edward J. Gingerich, 25, Greenwood, was fined $263.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia and $263.50 for non-registration of a vehicle.

Chastiti L. Gomez, 29, Neillsville, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Omar Gonzalez Caseres, 39, Cuba City, was fined $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $175.30 for speeding.

Corey M. Haasl, 40, Dorchester, was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated and $452.50 for refusal to take a test for intoxication-ATV/UTV. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Jayden L. Hippe, 19, Abbotsford, was fined $326.50 for possession of THC and $326.50 for resisting or obstructing an officer. Phillip J. Kaz, 49, Stanley, was fined $1,052 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Wade W. Knight, 56, Athens, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, and $175.30 for nonregistration.

Kyle G. Lynn, 35, Unity, was fined $1,091.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for nine months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
