Garret and Ean Rau, who both played football for Knox College, to inform his decision, and he believes joining the Prairie Fire is best suited for his all-around game and attacking style of play.

“I leave for college on Sept. 9, and I chose Knox College because their offense fits me,” Cade said, breaking down his decision. “And the coaches and staff when I was there really valued me as a player and student.”

Faber becomes the latest in a line of recent Abbotsford High graduates who will be playing in the NCAA. With one legacy already firmly cemented, Cade says he’s looking forward to college, but is proud of what he achieved at Abbotsford, and proud to represent the Falcons at the WBCA all-star game.

“It feels good to represent Abbotsford in the all-star game because there hasn’t been an [Abbotsford High] all-star in so long. It feels great to represent the place where I started.”
