165516 Curtiss Plant on Hwy. 29 PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE Production of high quality cheeses that starts with all personnel having an important role throughout the workweek. Prior experience in the dairy industry is preferred, especially in manufacturing. All personnel will be trained on a monthly & yearly basis. Knowledge of FMP’s is desired. Able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally. Will assist with product storage & cleanup of all equipment. Record, monitor, seal and box the product manually.
