GREYHOUND NEWS FACE students experience service opportunities Our September “kickstart days” provided a few opportunities for community service projects for students in family and consumer education (FACE) classes. Five tie blankets were made by students to share with our community members, and even the humane society. Students did the cutting using patterns made to ensure quality control and consistency of tying. Cookie baking was another opportunity they had, which is always a culinary hit.
