The Draper Hills Financial Literacy Fund, which supports the financial literacy curriculum at the Loyal School District, was founded by the late Dr. Eldon Hill in honor of the Draper and Hills families. The Draper Hills Financial Literacy Fund aims to equip students with crucial financial skills. The fund focuses on teaching the difference between wants and needs, providing a solid grasp of financial concepts like budgeting and compound interest, and helping students make informed financial decisions.
