31665_2 • wnaxlp NOTICE Village of Cadott Property Owners Notice is hereby given, that every person is required, by law, to destroy all noxious weeds on land in the village, which he/she owns, occupies or controls. If the owner fails to comply within the rules of Section 8-1-4, of the Village Code of Ordinances and State Statute 66.0407, the Weed Commissioner shall have the weeds destroyed in the manner deemed to be the most economical method. All costs relating to the destruction of weeds, including the cost of billing and other necessary administrative expenses, shall be charged against such lots and be collected as a special tax thereon.
