164080 • wnaxlp NOTICE Village of Cadott Public Hearing NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE VILLAGE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE OF THE VILLAGE OF CADOTT, WI., TO HEAR PUBLIC COMMENT ON AN AMENDMENT TO THE VILLAGE OF CADOTT 2010-30 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN In accordance with the provisions of Section 66.1001, Wisconsin Statutes, public notice is hereby given to all residents in the Village of Cadott, that the Cadott Planning and Development Committee will hold a public hearing, Monday, March 3, 2025, at 5:45 p.m., in the office of the village clerk, in the municipal building, 110 Central Street, in the Village of Cadott, Chippewa County, WI 54727. All are welcome to attend the public hearing and to offer comments. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Comprehensive Plan amendment request by the village, to amend the Village of Cadott 2010-30 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Chapters, including changes to the Future Land Use Map and changes to the corresponding table. The changes to the maps will primarily focus on the areas east of State Hwy. 27 and south of E. North Rd., and west of N. Main St. and south of W. North Rd. Interested parties may give oral testimony. Written testimony will be accepted by the village, prior to the public hearing. Anonymous testimony will not be accepted. The proposed amendments may be viewed at the Village of Cadott Hall, 110 Central St., Cadott, WI 54727, during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and 1-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
