NOTICE City of Cornell Ordinance 24-5 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT AND ADMINISTRATION, OF THE CITY OF CORNELL, FOR THE YEAR 2025 The Common Council of the City of Cornell, Wisconsin, does ordain, as follows: Section 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of the receipts, of the City of Cornell, for the year 2025, including monies received from the general property tax levy to the various purposes specifi ed in the budget, presented herewith for the purposes therein stated, the following amount: The final figures for revenue and expenditures; $1,720,263. Break-down, as follows: General Fund $ 1,446,538 Capital Projects Fund $143,000 Debt Service Fund $130,725 Total $ 1,720,263 Section 2. There is hereby levied a tax of $533,951, on all the taxable property within the City of Cornell, as returned by the assessor, in the year 2024, for the uses and purposes set forth in the 2025 budget.
