NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Residential Housing Permit Approvals Ordinance, Village of Cadott, Chippewa County, Wisconsin PUBLIC NOTICE is given, to all persons in the Village of Cadott, that a public hearing will be held, Oct. 21, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., at the Cadott Village Office, 110 Central Street, to solicit comments on the proposed residential housing permit approval ordinance provisions, that are required by state law. This provision mandates municipalities grant applications for any “permit” related to a residential housing development, provided that the permit application is complete when submitted and satisfi es all existing requirements, which must be met to obtain the permit at the time the application is filed with the municipality. The proposed ordinance revisions are on file in the office of the village clerk.
