158355 • wnaxlp NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Village Zoning Statutory Protests Ordinance, Village of Cadott, Chippewa County, Wisconsin PUBLIC NOTICE is given, to all persons in the Village of Cadott, that a public hearing will be held, Oct. 21, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., at the Cadott Village Offi ce, 110 Central Street, to solicit comments on proposed zoning statutory protest provisions, that are required by state law. This provision, in this statute, will allow a local government to have an ordinance, with three-fourths vote by the governing body required, to approve a proposed zoning amendment, if a protest petition was filed with the municipality. The proposed ordinance revisions are on file in the office of the village clerk.
