156116 • wnaxlp NOTICE Village of Cadott Public Hearing Public notice is hereby given, to all residents in the Village of Cadott, that the Cadott Village Board will hold a public hearing, Monday, Aug. 19, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., in the Village Hall, 110 Central Street Cadott, WI 54727. The purpose of the hearing, is to consider public input on the proposed text amendments, pertaining to establishing regulations and definitions, for street-side lot line and streetside yard. The proposed text amendment includes changes to Sections 13-1-23, maintaining a 25foot front yard setback and establishing an 8-foot street-side yard setback, in the R-2 Single-Family Residential District (Medium Density) and updating Section 13-1-200 Definitions, to add definitions for street-side lot line and street-side yard, and amend definitions of corner lot, front lot line, side lot line and street yard. Interested parties may give oral testimony. Written testimony will be accepted by the village, prior to the public hearing. Anonymous testimony will not be accepted. The Planning and Development Committee will meet, prior to the public hearing, to give a recommendation to the village board.
