As players from Appleton and Lodi bow their heads, Father Patrick McConnell of Holy Rosary Catholic Church blessed the rocks and athletes at the start of the Running Tree Sugarhouse Maple Syrup Bonspiel held last weekend at the Medford Curling Club.
