Found guilty

Andrew Wheeler, 34, of Mequon, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of criminal damage to property; criminal damage to property (over $2,500); bail jumping - felony; and possession of THC (2nd + offense). The following charges were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes: two counts of bail jumping - felony; five counts of bail jumping - misdemeanor; four counts of disorderly conduct; and criminal trespass to dwelling. The counts came from violations that occurred in 2024 on December 25, November 3, November 8, November 9, November 20, and November 15.

For one of the criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct charges, court orders a withheld sentence and places Wheeler on probation for 1 year. Conditions of probation are to pay court costs, DNA sample and pay the surcharge, restitution (which is to be determined within 30 days), Wheeler shall not enter the premise of the Medford Inn, letter of apology, and any counseling.

For the criminal trespass and disorderly conduct charges, court orders a withheld sentence and places Wheeler on probation for two years. Conditions of probation are to pay court costs, DNA sample and pay the surcharge, AODA and treatment recommendations, absolute sobriety, and any counseling.

For the criminal damage to property and felony bail jumping, court orders a withheld sentence and places Wheeler on probation for 3 years. Conditions of probation are 90 days of county jail with Huber on criminal damage to property only, pay the court costs on each count, DNA sample and pay the surcharge on each count, restitution (which is to be determined within 30 days), Wheeler shall not enter the premise of the Medford Laundromat, letter of apology, AODA and treatment recommendations, absolute sobriety, counseling. Wheeler does have enough of a cash bond to cover court costs.

Deferred prosecution agreement

A deferred prosecution agreement was approved for April Graf, 43, of Withee, for failure to maintain holding/ septic tanks. She was ordered to pay $150.10.

Divorce

On March 24 a divorce was granted to Mandy Renteria of Medford and Aaron Paul of Medford.

Pleas entered

Jasmyne Anyta Thiel, 32, of Medford, pled not guilty to failure to stop at stop sign, hit and run - property adjacent to highway, failure of occupant to notify police of accident, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to keep vehicle under control, and reckless driving - endangering safety.

Hunter John Tischer, 22, of Gilman, pled not guilty to possession of marijuana, operating while intoxicated (1st), possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle driver, and operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08, but less than 0.15 (1st).

Juvenal Tzinzun-Maciel, 51, of Abbotsford, pled not guilty to operating without a valid license (3rd+ within 3 years).
