Found guilty
Jared Armbrust, 25, of Lake Tomahawk, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of criminal trespass to dwelling. Court orders a withheld sentence and places the defendant on probation for a period of one year. Conditions of probation are: Payment of court costs, DNA sample and surcharge fee, letter of apology to the victim (due within 30 days of sentencing to be preapproved by the probation agent), AODA and follow through with all treatment recommendations, and counseling as deemed necessary by the probation agent. Total due is $443. Defendant to set up a payment plan with the Clerk of Court's Office at $100/month starting January 30.
Escarly De La Rosa Vasquez, 32, of Medford, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of disorderly conduct as an ordinance violation amended from misdemeanor disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $330.50.
Marshall Fuchs, 25, of Medford, pled guilty due to a guilty plea of operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/ controlled substance/ refusal) and was ordered to pay $443.
Michael Grant, 64, of Lincolnton, N.C., was found guilty due to a no contest plea of battery — domestic abuse and of misdemeanor bail jumping. Charges of knowingly violating a domestic abuse order - injunction and disorderly conduct - domestic abuse, were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes. For the disorderly conduct, court orders a straight sentence consisting of 25 days county jail with Huber privileges and good time (25 days sentence credit/time served), court costs and DNA sample and surcharge fee. For violating the domestic abuse order, court orders a straight sentence consisting of 2 days county jail with Huber privileges and good time (2 days sentence credit/time served), court costs and DNA sample and surcharge fee. Total court obligations equal $886 less a $250 cash bond being applied, to be added to a current payment plan.
Alexis Massmann, 23, of Medford, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of OWI (1st). Charges of operating with a. PAC >= .15 and posses open intoxicants in a motor vehicle - driver were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Court orders her to pay $1,145.50, ignition interlock device to be installed, DOT license to be revoked for 7 months, and undergo alcohol assessment.
Dean Prochnow, 53, of Medford, was found guilty at jury trial of operating with a PAC >= .08 and <.15 (1st). Court ordered him to pay $976, undergo an alcohol assessment, and DOT license revoked for 7 months. A charge of OWI (1st) was dismissed on court’s own motion.
Sheila Rich, 57, of Waukesha, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of reckless driving - endangering safety amended from OWI (1st) and was ordered to pay $999.50. A charge of operating left of center was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Heidi Rodman, 41, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Court orders a withheld sentence and places Rodman on probation for one year. Conditions of probation are: court costs on each count, DNA sample and surcharge fee on each count, letter of apology to Officer Dokken due within 30 days of January 30 and to be preapproved by the probation agent, absolute sobriety, and counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent. Payment plan of $25 per month beginning March 3, 2025. Rodman has 93 days of sentence credit if revoked. Total amount owed the court is $1,401.
Jennifer Webb, 45, of Withee, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of disorderly conduct - domestic abuse incident, amended from misdemeanor domestic abuse and was ordered to pay $367.50.
Tylor Zondlo, 28, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct - domestic abuse, and was ordered to pay $443. A charge of misdemeanor bail jumping was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Jeremy Cullen, 34, of Medford, pled not guilty to possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Shannon Smazal, 42, of Chetek, pled not guilty to possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
