Forward Bank donates $50,000 to Medford VFW building project
Forward Bank has announced a $50,000 donation to the Medford VFW building project, helping to construct a facility that will serve as a central hub for veterans and community gatherings.
This project aims to create a welcoming space where veterans and their families can connect and where the community can gather to celebrate and honor their service. The banquet hall will provide a venue for events ranging from weddings to community meetings, further enriching the Medford area.
“We are incredibly grateful to Forward Bank for their generosity and commitment to our veterans and community,” said Nick Lemke, VFW Post Commander. “This $50,000 donation will help bring our vision to life, creating a space that honors those who served and brings people together for generations to come.”
Forward Bank is proud to support initiatives that strengthen the fabric of its communities. “Veterans are the backbone of our nation, and creating a space that not only honors their contributions but also serves the wider community is a cause close to our hearts,” said Molly Knoll, VP / Commercial Lender for Forward Bank. “We look forward to seeing the Medford VFW building become a vibrant center for connection and celebration.”
Forward Bank encourages individuals and businesses to join in supporting the Medford VFW building project. Together, the community can ensure that this space fulfills its mission of honoring veterans and fostering togetherness.
