R EPORTS Found guilty

Corrina Goetzka, 36, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating while suspended, OWI (1st), operating a motor vehicle without insurance and possessing drug paraphernalia. For the OWI offense, court orders a forfeiture of $1,112.50, pay the $33 blood draw fee, 7 months driver's license revocation, AODA and follow through with the driver safety plan. In the operating while suspended offense the court orders Goetzka to pay $200.50 and for the operating without insurance court offense the court orders her to pay $200.50. Costs are to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts office in the amount of $25 a month beginning February 3, 2025. Three counts of bail jumping - felony, were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Celedonio Tentzohua, 25, of Elk Mound, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct - domestic abuse, amended from battery. Court withholds sentence and places Tentzohua on probation for a period of one year. Conditions of probation are to pay the court costs, provide a DNA sample and pay the surcharge, write a letter of apology to the victim due within 30 days and to be preapproved by the probation agent. Tentzohua is to pay the service of process fees, undergo an AODA and follow through with any recommended treatment, attend counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent. Total costs is $613.08. Cash bond will be applied toward court costs. Remaining costs are to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts office within 30 days of January 14.

Dakota Vetter, 26, of Mosinee, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $443.

Deferred entry of judgement

Taylor Mesner, 25, of Gilman, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of battery or threat to judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer and of disorderly conduct. On the first count, court signs the Deferred Entry of Judgment agreement and holds the case open for one year with conditions outlined on the order. On disorderly conduct, court imposes but stays 60 days of county jail with Huber privileges. Court places defendant on probation for one year. Conditions of probation are to pay court costs, attend counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent, no contact with the victim and their family, and take all medication as prescribed. Post conviction rights were discussed. Defendant to set up a payment plan with the Clerk of Courts. Total owed is $1,048.

Brittany Scott, 32, of Athens, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct - domestic abuse. A charge of intentionally pointing a firearm at a person domestic abuse was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes. Court accepts the Deferred Entry of Judgment Agreement and holds the case open for one year. In addition to the standard conditions, defendant is to have no contact with the victim, defendant shall also engage in individual counseling with a provider of her choice and show proof within three months. If defendant successfully completes the agreement the State will move to dismiss the charge.

Michelle Tomandl, 41, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of possession of amphetamine/ LSD/Psilocin and maintaining a drug trafficking place were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes. Court accepts the deferred entry of judgment agreement and holds the possession of methamphetamine count open for 2 years. In addition to the standard conditions, defendant shall also make a good faith effort to complete the treatment court program and successfully complete probation that is ordered in remaining counts. In the possession of THC and drug paraphernalia counts, court imposes and stays 30 days of county jail with Huber privileges and good time for each count to be served consecutively to each other. Court then placed defendant on probation for a period of 2 years. Conditions of probation are to pay the court costs on each count, provide a DNA sample and pay the surcharge on each count, attend counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent, make a good faith effort to successfully complete the Taylor County Treatment Court Program and pay the separate $200 participation fee. Deferred prosecution agreements

A deferred prosecution agreement was approved for Dana Camarato, 60, of Medford, for a charge of disorderly conduct - domestic abuse.

Deferred prosecution agreements were approved for Ethan Klinger, 17, of Medford, for truancy (1st) and truancy (2nd+).

Divorce

A divorce was granted on Monday, January 13 to Brittany Noland of Medford and Carl Noland of Rib Lake.
