Carol J. Bleck, 68, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating without a valid license because of expiration and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and was ordered to pay a total of $363.20.

Sarah Jean Brandt, 23, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of place, use, hunt wild animals with bait (less than 5 gallons), and was ordered to pay $343.50.

Steven James Brandt, 62, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of place, use, hunt wild animals with bait (less than 5 gallons), and was ordered to pay $343.50.

Steven Roger Byrd, 40, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operator violate red traffic light, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Edder Chavarria Eliezer, 25, of Westboro, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating without a valid license and operating while intoxicated (1st) and was ordered to pay a total of $1,283, place ignition interlock device, DOT license revoked and undergo an alcohol assessment. .

Dylan Michael Geiger, 22, of Stetsonville, was found guilty due to no contest plea of hunting bear or deer before or after hours, and was ordered to pay $387.25.

Phillip Scott Stalheim, 75, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of failure to yield right of way from stop sign (resulting in bodily harm) and was ordered to pay $389.50.

Kristin Karen Stroback, 48, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of violation of Taylor County sanitary code, and was ordered to pay $641.50.

Hunter Allen Turner, 23, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and display of unauthorized vehicle registration plate, and was ordered to pay a total of $438.80.

Eric Paul Zastrow, 64, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of place, use, hunt wild animals with bait (less than 5 gallons), and was ordered to pay $343.50.

Robert Andrew Zondlo, 55, of Shakopee, Minn., was found guilty due to no contest plea of place, use, hunt wild animals with bait (less than 5 gallons), and was ordered to pay $343.50.

Initial Appearance

Edder Chavarria Eliezer, 25, of Westboro, had an initial appearance for operating with PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (1st), and was dismissed on court’s own motion.

Not Guilty Pleas

Paige Nicole Brandner, 23, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating while intoxicated (1st) and operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (1st).

Kevin D. Carter, 66, of Prentice, pled not guilty to possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle-driver, operating while intoxicated (1st), and operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (1st).

Patrick Lee Davis, 37, of Medford, pled not guilty to trespassing, materials that may not be burned, littering or dumping, damage to property and theft.

Gavyn John Dellich, 17, of Medford, pled not guilty to tobacco-possession/purchase.

Ronald Nicholas Faude, 17, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating with restricted controlled substance (1st).

Hailey N. Hamilton, 17, of Abbotsford, pled not guilty to truancy (1st).

Summer Marie Hayward, 18, of Medford, pled not guilty to truancy (1st) and to truancy (2nd).

Riley J. Johnson, 34, of Medford, pled not guilty to failure to register harvested animal within established time frame, (2) two counts of possession of game killed by unlawful/ unknown means, place, use, hunt wild animals with bait (less than 5 gallons), failure to keep records as required, failure to keep accurate records or otherwise provide incorrect information, and illegal loaded firearm (not handgun) in motorized vehicle.

Michael Robert Leggett, 27, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating an ATV without insurance, operating ATV without a valid drivers license and operating an ATV between midnight and 6 a.m.

Troy Lee Madlon, 33, of Sheldon, pled not guilty to place, use, hunt wild animals with bait (less than 5 gallons) and trapping without a license.

Abby Michele Meyer, 42, of Rib Lake, pled not guilty to harassment.

Gary Alan Schumacher, 65, of Stetsonville, pled not guilty to operating an ATV or UTV with a loaded firearm and failure to register harvested animal within established time frame.

Ethan S. Szydel, 34, of Stetsonville, pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).

Nevaeha Lynn Tress, 17, of Medford, pled not guilty to truancy (1st).

Larry Leroy Vitort, 75, of Stanley, pled not guilty to place, use, hunt wild animals with bait (less than 5 gallons).

Carlito Rojelio Martinez, 17, of Medford, pled guilty to truancy (1st) and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Ethan S. Szydel, 34, of Stetsonville, pled guilty to hunting deer with unlawful weapon during muzzleloader only hunt and take/attempt to take game without valid authorization or tag, and was ordered to pay a total of $586.50.
