Found Guilty

Alberto Luis Amparo Jimenez, 22, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating without a valid license, exceeding speed zones, etc. (20-24 mph), and violation of child safety restraint requirements - child 4 years but less than 8 years of age, and was ordered to pay a total of $576.30.

James Marshall Begay, 36, of Wausau, was found guilty due to no contest plea of battery, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Brandon Lee Curtis, 17, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of non-registration of an automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs., and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Erick Arnoldo Gonzalez Rivera, 39, of Stetsonville, was found guilty due to no contest plea of illegal passing of school bus reported, and was ordered to pay $326.50.

Donald Kent Hardy, 40 of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of retail theft, and was ordered to pay $900.74.

Herbert Brent Johnson, 72, of Ogema, was found guilty due to no contest plea of failure to stop at a stop sign, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Randy E. Kroeplin, 61, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of materials that may not be burned, and was ordered to pay $452.50.

Kyle Norman Kutzke, 45, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating an ATV or UTV while intoxicated, and was ordered to pay $485.50.

Luke K. Lobacz, 45, of Owen, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to keep vehicle under control, operating while suspended, operating left of center, and failure to stop at a stop sign, and was ordered to pay a total of $1,002.50.

David Laven Lunsman, 48, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of exceeding speed zones, etc. (11-15mph), and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Edmary Martinez Jusino, 27, of Dorchester, was found guilty due to no contest plea of illegal passing of a school bus reported, and was ordered to pay $326.50.

Brandon Lee Phelps, 20, of Wisconsin Rapids, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of display of false vehicle registration plate and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and was ordered to pay a total of $464.00.

Edward A. Ploszay, 67, of Curtiss, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without two headlights, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, non-registration of automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs., operating while suspended, and failure of dealer to transfer title, and was ordered to pay a total of $914.30.

Cody Allen Skorstad, 32, of Gilman, was found guilty due to no contest plea of non-registration of automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs., and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Sierra Ann Strassburger, 19, of Colby, was found guilty due to no contest plea of inattentive driving, and was ordered to pay $187.90.

Initial Appearance

Ashton David Behling, 16, of Medford, had an initial appearance for speeding on city highway (11-15 mph), and was dismissed on court’s own motion.

Ryne John Giencke, 21, of Eau Claire, had an initial appearance for operating with PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (1st), and was dismissed on court’s own motion.

Kyle Norman Kutzke, 45, of Rib Lake, had an initial appearance for operating an ATV or UTV with PAC (1st), and was dismissed on court’s own motion.

Not Guilty Pleas

Donavon John Acker, 22, of Medford, pled not guilty to drinking intoxicants/inhale nitrous oxide in a motor vehicle on a highway - driver, operating while intoxicated (1st), and operating with PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (1st).

Sherry M. Bastain, 55, of Sheldon, pled not guilty to operating while intoxicated (1st) and operating with PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (1st).

Jeffery E. Follett, 61, of Rib Lake, pled not guilty to non-registration of an automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs.

Skylarr Jamez Graveen, 17, of Rib Lake, pled not guilty to anti-noise (tires or mufflers) and unreasonable and imprudent speed.

Ethan Benjamin Klinger, 17, of Medford, pled not guilty to truancy - 1st, and truancy - 2nd+.

Alexis Marie Massmann, 23, of Medford, pled not guilty to possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicledriver, operating while intoxicated (1st), and operating with PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (1st).

Aron Tayler Molitor, 24, of Dorchester, pled not guilty to operator violate red traffic light.

Rachel Marie Ogle, 33, of Medford, pled not guilty to communications system.

Dallas Arthur Smart, 39, of Neillsville, pled not guilty to operating while intoxicated (1st).

Joseph H. Stutzman, 31, of Gilman, pled not guilty to vehicle failure to display required SMV emblem.
