Found guilty

Dorothy Anderson, 54, of Dorchester, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of disorderly conduct - domestic abuse as an ordinance violation amended from misdemeanor disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $367.50.

Kenzie Bauch, 19, of Edgar, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of credit card - fraudulent use (<= $2,500). Court orders a withheld sentence and places the defendant on probation for a period of one year. Conditions of probation include; court costs, DNA sample and surcharge fee, restitution if any (District attorney to determine restitution within 30 days), no contact with victim, write a letter of apology to the victim within 30 days and to be pre-approved by the probation agent, and counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent. Defendant is eligible to apply for expungement upon successful completion of probation.

James Hoffmann, 54, of Medford, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of disorderly conduct as an ordinance violation amended from criminal trespass to a dwelling and was ordered to pay $330.50.

Thomas Labarge, 36, of Eagle River, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of misappropriation of ID information to avoid penalty. Court orders a withheld sentence and places the defendant on probation for a period of 2 years. Conditions of probation include: court costs, DNA sample and surcharge fee totaling $528, counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent. Defendant to set up payment plan with Clerk of Court's office once released; $25 monthly beginning within 30 days of release.

Charges dismissed

The following charges were formally dismissed against Kenneth Petersen, 70, of Rib Lake due to the defendant being deceased: transferee fail to obtain title fraud; possession of THC; possession of drug paraphernalia; receiving or concealing stolen property <=$2,500 as a party to a crime.

Pleas entered

Dallas Smart, 39, of Marshfield, pled not guilty to two charges of possession of methamphetamine (repeater), a charge of bail jumping (felony), and a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia (repeater). Status conference scheduled for January 13, 2025 at 2:30 p.m.

Jack Wojcik, 19, of Medford, pled not guilty to vehicle operator flee/elude officer. Pre-trial conference set for February 19, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.

Gavyn Dellich, 17, of Medford, pled not guilty to burglary to a building or dwelling as a party to a crime, theft of movable property <= $2,500 as a party to a crime, and bail jumping- felony. Pre-trial conference set for December 16, at 2:30 pm. Status conference set for February 14, 2025, at 9:30 am.

Wyatt Mallien, 30, of Medford, pled not guilty to child abuse -intentionally cause harm. Pretrial conference set for December 10, 2024 at 11 a.m. Status hearing scheduled for January 27, 2025 at 11a.m.
