Fabian Enrique Mejia Morales, 26, of Withee, had an initial appearance for operating with PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (1st), and was dismissed on court’s own motion.

Donald Charles Rodman Jr., 52, of Rib Lake, had an initial appearance for operating ATV or UTV with PAC (1st), and was dismissed on court’s own motion.
