Found guilty
Aaron Clah, 45, of Westboro, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $263.50.
Plea agreement
A deferred entry of judgement agreement was approved for Eric Ellis, 43, of Gilman. Ellis faced three separate felony cases. For the bail-jumping felony charge, the Court accepts the deferred entry of judgement and holds the case open for 4 years. Along with standard conditions, Ellis shall have no contact with A.M.K or any of her children. Court also modifies his signature bond to remove the travel restriction. In the event the deferred entry of judgement gets revoked, Ellis has two days of sentence credit. Ellis was found guilty due to no contest plea of disorderly conduct - domestic abuse - infliction of physical pain or injury and of bail jumping - misdemeanor (amended from bail jumping - felony). For this case, the court withholds sentence and places Ellis on probation for two years. Conditions of probation are to pay the court costs on each count, provide a DNA sample and pay the surcharge on each count, Ellis shall have no contact with A.M.K. or any of her children, Ellis shall write a letter of apology to the victim due within 30 days and to be preapproved by the probation agent, Ellis shall attend counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent, Ellis shall serve 30 days of jail time with Huber privileges. Jail time shall begin no later than January 2, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. In the event of a revocation, Ellis has 4 days of sentence credit. Cash bond will be applied towards the court costs. Ellis was ordered to pay $986. As part of the agreement, charges filed in 2021 of first degree sexual assault sexual contact with person under age 13, and child enticement - sexual contact were dismissed without prejudice. The court also accepted the withdrawal of the bond forfeiture objection for the sexual assault case and the $5,000 cash bond will be forfeited.
