Found Guilty

Alvaro Luis Agosto Rodriguez, 29, of Abbotsford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Jose Israel Aguirremejia, 32, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating without a valid license and speeding in 55 mph zone (20-24 mph), and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and was ordered to pay a total of $626.70.

Dante Raymond James Axon, 19, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of cracked/damaged vehicle windshield, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Matthew Keith Barta, 45, of Delavan, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating while intoxicated (1st) and was ordered to pay $969.50, have an alcohol and other drug assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan, 6 month driver's license revocation, and attend the OWI victim impact panel on October 3.

Saundra Kay Borntrager, 22, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of permit unauthorized person to drive, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

John Oliver Bunkelman, 21, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of disorderly conduct, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Luisa Camacho Caro, 46, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of exceeding speed zones (16-19 mph), and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Kalub Dean Cody Cooper, 20, of Dorchester, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Gabriel Joseph Curtis, 20, of Wausau, was found guilty due to no contest plea of fishing without a license (R), and was ordered to pay $230.90.

Michale Gerald Cypher, 24, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating ATV between midnight and 6:00 a.m., and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Dustin Dale Deboer, 36, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of non-registration of automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs., and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Alex Michael Dittrich, 19, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of anti-noise (tires or mufflers), and was ordered to pay $187. 90.

Matthew James Euclide, 26, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating while suspended, and was ordered to pay a total of $401.00.

Janice Kay Hoffman, 78, of Colby, was found guilty due to no contest plea of inattentive driving, and was ordered to pay a total of $187.90.

Taurean Marquis Johnson Puttman, 31, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of disorderly conduct, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Joshua Robert Kallenbach, 34, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of failure to display vehicle license plates, and was ordered to pay $150.10.

Alan D Keim, 70, of Eau Claire, was found guilty due to no contest plea of overgrowth of grass, weeds, shrubs, and was ordered to pay $299.50.

Daniel Alan Kraschnewski, 71, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of deposit or discharge of solid waste on public or private property (less than 10 gallons) and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Lily Kay Kronschnabel, 20, of Maplewood, Minn., was found guilty due to no contest plea of exceeding speed zones, (20-24 mph), and was ordered to pay $225.70.

Hunter Robert Kuettel, 28, of Marinette, was found guilty due to no contest plea of give permission/operate off-highway motorcycle without valid registration, and was ordered to pay $232.00.

Jamie Ann Kulesa, 46, of Abbotsford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of speeding in 55 mph zone (16-19 mph) and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Barbara A. Lackershire, 41, Ogema, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of two counts of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and non-registration of automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs., and was ordered to pay a total of $576.30.

Taylor Elaine Ziehlke, 25, of Dorchester, was found guilty due to no contest plea of exceeding speed zones (1619 mph) and was orderdd to pay $200.50.

Andrew James Ziembo, 55, of Rib lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of animal running at large, and was ordered to pay $169.

Jason Monroe Gardner, 43, of Medford, pled not guilty to non-registration of an automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs., operating while intoxicated (1st) and operating with PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (1st).

Isaac Samuel Marlen Kautzer, 18, of Medford, pled not guilty to rear window excessive tinting, vent/side window excessive tinting, operating motor vehicle without two headlights and non-registration of automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs.

Mi Kenney, 61, of Medford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct - domestic.

Nathan Edward Paavola, 17, of Medford, pled not guilty to rear window excessive tinting, rear side window excessive tinting, vent/side window excessive tinting, failure to properly maintain exhaust system and obstructed license plates.

Carter Nathanial Sapinski, 25, of Medford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct-domestic abuse.

Tylor Andrew Zondlo, 28, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), non-registration of automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs., display unauthorized vehicle registration plate, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Guilty Pleas

Sarah Sunshine Graf, 45, of Medford, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was ordered to pay a total of $527.00.

Emily Elizabeth Gubser, 17, of Medford, pled guilty to underage drinking/possession (1st), and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Kailey Rae Miller, 19, of Abbotsford, pled guilty to resisting/ obstructing an officer, possession of a controlled substance, underage drinking/possession (1st), possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle-driver, minor transporting intoxicants in motor vehicle and violation of absolute sobriety law, and was ordered to pay a total of $1,959.00.

Sadie S. Moore, 17, of Medford, pled guilty to underage drinking/possession (1st), and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Hailey R. Strama, 17, of Medford, pled guilty to underage drinking/possession (1st) and was ordered to pay $263.50.
