On August 7 at 3:00 a.m., a vehicle operated by John Dabroski, 20, of Wausau, was traveling southbound on STH 13 in the town of Westboro. The vehicle operated by Dabroski hit the east shoulder. The vehicle operated by Dabroski then hit the west shoulder. The vehicle operated by Dabroski then crossed the center line and exited off STH 13 near the intersection of Peterson Ln. The vehicle operated by Dabroski came to rest in the east ditch facing north. Dabroski then fled the scene of the stolen vehicle. The registered owner, Bryan Strobach, of Westboro, was contacted and the vehicle was removed from the scene by a tow truck. The vehicle had extensive damage with multiple air bags deployed. R EPORTS Hit and run

On August 8 at 12:29 p.m., a vehicle owned by Dawn Krause, 53, of Westboro, was legally parked and unoccupied in the Walmart parking lot. When Krause returned to her vehicle, she found damage on the left rear corner. There were no witnesses, and there are no suspects. Video surveillance did not provide any results.

Single vehicle crash

On August 7 at 1:27 p.m., a vehicle operated by Randy Dohrwardt, 56, of Medford, was traveling northbound on Oriole Dr. in the town of Medford. Dohrwardt felt ill and fainted. The vehicle operated by Dohrwardt ran off the left shoulder, coming to rest in the west ditch.

On July 28 at an unknown time, a vehicle operated by an unknown driver was traveling westbound on Sunnyside Rd. in the town of McKinley. The report notes it appeared that the vehicle somehow turned sideways while still traveling westbound. The vehicle struck a mailbox at W15148 Sunnyside Rd., causing minor damage. The owner did not wish to be included in the report. While traveling sideways, the vehicle’s rear driver’s tire was detached from the vehicle. The vehicle entered the north ditch. The driver fled the scene. The vehicle was later removed by an unknown party. The registered owner did not make law enforcement contact, and all attempts at contact have been unsuccessful.

Car vs deer

On August 8 at 8:45 p.m., a vehicle operated by Joshua Bockin, 44, of Medford, struck a deer while traveling on Oriole Dr. in the town of Browning.

On August 2 at 5:08 a.m., a vehicle operated by Ronald Gebert, 58, of Medford, struck a deer while traveling westbound on STH 64 in the town of Grover.
