Trials slated

The following made initial appearances in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Jillian M. Mebust, 19, Medford, failure of operator to notify police of an accident and operating a motor vehicle without insurance; Jacob L. Kosnak, 39, Ashland, theft; Maxwell J. Krueger, 31, Westboro, possession of any fish in excess of total daily bag limit and possession of an illegal size fish; Adam T. Thums, 32, Ridgeland, possession of any fish in excess of total daily bag limit, illegal loaded firearm (not handgun) in motorized vehicle, unlawful spearing of game fish and possession of an illegal size fish; Ashley L. Thums, 27, Ridgeland, possession of any fish in excess of total daily bag limit and possession of an illegal size fish; Kassi E. Vande Voort, 36, Westboro, speeding 11-15 mph over the limit; David C. Immormino, 42, Gilman, improper display of license plate/tag/decal, possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle by driver and nonregistration of vehicle; Donna D. Menning, 62, Medford, possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle by driver and operating while under the influence-first offense.

The following were found guilty at court trial: Tim P. Leonard, 54, Stanley, harassment, $263.50 forfeiture.

Angila M. Mercer, 20, Menomonie, solicitation and direct sales violation, $200.50 forfeiture.

Alicia M. Schwarzhuber, 25, Medford, operating while suspended, $200.50 forfeiture.

Aubrey L. Haenel, 16, Medford, made an initial appearance in court and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of six months for a charge of automobile following too closely. Upon successful completion of the first offenders program, the court will dismiss the case.

Andrew J. Hecker, pled guilty to speeding 25-29 mph over the limit. He forfeited $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days.
