The following made initial appearances in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Cody C. Bowe, 31, Medford, disorderly conduct; Julian Cruz Castro, 23, Medford, operating while revoked and ignition interlock device tampering-failure to install in violation of a court order; Jacob P. Hetue, 22, Two Rivers, operating while suspended; Blaine J. Klabunde, 24, Lake Hallie, criminal damage; Jak Robert Weir, 24, Medford, operating while under the influence-first offense, speeding 25-29 mph over the limit, possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle by driver and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) equal to or greater than 0.08 percent and less than 0.15 percent -first offense.

Skylar W. Anderson, 17, Medford, made an initial appearance in court and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of six months for a charge of tobacco on school property. Upon successful completion of the smoke cessation program, the court will dismiss the case.

Dakotta L. Euclide, 19, Medford, pled no contest to underage drinking-possession (first offense). He forfeited $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days.

Diedre D. Hudson, 36, Medford, pled no contest to worthless checks and forfeited $316.76 in fines and restitution.

Hudson also pled no contest to a second charge of worthless checks and forfeited $296.49 in fines and restitution.

Two separate charges of worthless checks against Hudson were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions.

Michael D. Rygula, 19, Deerbrook, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-first offense (PAC equal to or greater than 0.15 percent). Rygula forfeited $1.035.50; his driver’s license was revoked for seven months; an ignition interlock device is to be installed on his vehicle for one year; and he is to complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.

Rygula pled no contest to possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle by the driver and forfeited $263.50.

Rygula pled no contest to operating while suspended and forfeited $200.50.

A charge of operating with a PAC equal to or greater than 0.15 percent-first offense against Rygula was dismissed on the court’s own motion.
