Hornets hit the course strong in first outing

On the road at Hickory Hills Golf Course in Eau Claire, April 8, the Cadott golf program came in second out of the five teams competing.

“I thought we played pretty well, considering it was our first match,” said coach Scott Christenson.

Scoring a 39 each for the Hornets, were senior Parker Davis and sophomore Brady Goettl, while junior Gavin Roscoe carded a 42, with junior Collin Kowalczyk scoring 47 and sophomore Max Demulling carding a 48.

“We left a lot of strokes out there, so I feel there is room for improvement,” said Christenson.
