Chiefs end their season on the road at Bayfield

Going in as the No. 15 seed, the Cornell boys basketball program was off, March 4, in the first round of Regionalplayoffs action at No. 1 Bayfield.

The Chiefs fell behind early on, with Bayfield taking a 35-point lead into the break. Cornell hoped to pick up the pace in the second half, but were held to just 14 points and Bayfield took the win, 101-37, putting an end to the season for the Chiefs.
