Each meet sees Cornell archers learning skills

Cornell’s archery program was on the road to Augusta, March 1, where they came home with a score of 2,949. Individually, sophomore Kyleigh Mercer scored 272, while junior Addy DeJongh had 270 and sophomore Jac Wilson shot for 263.

Freshman Spencer Schwingle came next, with 260, with sophomore Lillian Gorham shooting 256 and seventh grader Jack Simington scoring 250. Seventh grader Harlee Holte followed that with a score of 249, while senior Izzy Schwingle had 245 and sophomore Landon Larson scored 225.

Seventh grader Iris Kobliska was right behind, with 224, while seventh grader Addika Anderson shot a 221 and sixth grader Briella Bitney had 214. Sixth grader Brayden Schwingle was just behind, with 213, with seventh grader Xavier Wescott scoring 197 and sixth grader Lilyana Burton shooting for a score of 175.
