Hornets squash Beavers to improve upon their record

Cadott’s boys basketball program was in action at home, Jan. 16, with the conference Augusta coming to call. The Hornets were on target with their offense, taking a 21-point lead into halftime, continuing the scoring in the second half, to walk away with a 93-58 victory.

Connecting on eight shots from beyond the arc, was senior Cameron Allard, who finished with 30 points, followed by senior Jackone Barone and junior Aiden Rykal, with 17 points each, and senior Braden Schneider, with 14.

Senior Blane Mengel came next, with 4 points, while senior Parker Davis and junior Collin Kowalcyzk each added 3, and junior Asher Sikora chipped in with 2 points.

That brings Cadott’s record to 7-6 overall and 1-4 in the West Cloverbelt Conference.
