Angell brings home first at Ladysmith for Wolfpack

The Cornell-Lake Holcombe-Gilman wrestlers were on the road, Jan. 18, at a tournament in Ladysmith, where the grapplers saw success on the mat.
Sophomore Taydyn Angell (215) claimed the podium for the Wolfpack, taking first place, with three pins on the day, followed by junior Sawyer Winger, who was second. Sophomore Lucas Halida (132) took ninth place and senior Lee Zagorski (285) ended 10th.
On the girls’ side, freshman Kaitlyn Madlon also took first place, with two pins and freshman Aspen Person came in fifth.
