Cornell’s lack of offense hands them an away loss

The Cornell girls were at Prairie Farm, Jan. 7, for a non-conference basketball game, but they didn’t have an easy time of it. By the end of the night, the home team captured the win, 47-18.
“We just really couldn’t get anything going offensively,” said coach Stacy Schroeder. “And defense was slacking. Just wasn’t a good game for us overall.”
Senior Alyssa Bowe finished the night with 10 points, while senior Bralee Schroeder had 6 and sophomore Haylee Ellis added 1 point.
