Chieftains taken down by a determined Birchwood

Lake Holcombe was in action, on the road, Dec. 17, taking on Birchwood, in an East Lakeland Conference game. The Chieftains fought hard, but in the end, the match went to the home team, 57-41, with only three Lake Holcombe players scoring in the bout.
Emmit Johnson, sophomore, was on fire for Lake Holcombe, notching 25 points, with six of those coming from three-point range. Senior Brian Strzok followed that up with 12 points, while junior Brody Miller added 4.
