Volleyball postseason accolades

Stratford senior volleyball player Kalyn Schueller was awarded Marawood South Conference Co-Player of the Year this season with Newman Catholic senior Lily Shields.
Schueller, a middle blocker and outside hitter, was a unanimous first team All-Marawood South Conference player for the second straight season. She earned honorable mention all-conference during her first two years in high school. Schueller also garnered honorable mention all-state in Division 3 for the second straight season.
She was the leader of Stratford’s volleyball team that won back-to-back Marawood South Conference and Division 3 regional championships this year. Schueller paced the Tigers this season with 335 attack kills, 86 service aces and 307 digs and 340 serve receives. She will play Division 2 college volleyball next year for UW-Parkside in Kenosha.
Stratford senior Emerson Roy, an opposite hitter and setter, was awarded first team All-Marawood South Conference this season after she was a unanimous first team All-conference player last season. She led Stratford with 435 pass assists this season.
Edgar junior Kaitlyn Hartnady, a defensive specialist and libero, was awarded first team All-Marawood South Conference for the second straight season. She also received honorable mention All-state in Division 4 this year. Hartnady led Edgar with 462 digs and 648 serve receives this season.
Wildcats senior Emery Borchardt was awarded first team All-Marawood South Conference this season. She plays middle blocker along with outside and rightside hitter. Borchardt led Edgar with 41 blocks this year.
Marathon junior middle hitter Emma Love garnered first team All-Marawood South Conference this season. She also earned honorable mention All-state in Division 3 this year. Love led Marathon with 304 kills and 37 blocks this season.
Athens junior middle hitter Sy’Rih Hartwig earned first team All-Marawood North Conference this season after garnering second team all-conference last season. She also was awarded honorable mention All-state in the WIAA’s newlycreated Division 5 this year after receiving honorable mention in Division 4 last year. Hartwig led Athens with 235 kills, 30 ace serves and 39 blocks this season.
Marathon senior libero Katie LeBlanc was awarded second team All-Marawood South Conference this season. She led the Red Raiders with 589 serve receives this year. Marathon sophomore Kate Love, an outside hitter and setter, also received second team All-Marawood South Conference this season. She led the Red Raiders with 389 digs this year.
Stratford senior middle hitter Daisy Yoder garnered second team All-Marawood South Conference for the second straight season. She led the Tigers with 75 blocks this season.
Athens senior opposite hitter Bailey Hanke received honorable mention All-Marawood North Conference this season. She led the Bluejays with 235 digs this year. Athens sophomore outside hitter Karly Eckert also garnered honorable mention All-Marawood North Conference this season. She led the Bluejays with 258 serve receives this year.
Edgar junior Ella Baumgartner was awarded honorable mention All-Marawood South Conference this season. She played middle blocker along with outside and rightside hitter. She led the Wildcats in attack kills this year. Edgar sophomore Naquene Ellenbecker also received honorable mention All-Marawood Conference South this season. She led the Wildcats with 71 ace serves.
Marathon senior setter Chenpieng Phakitthong garnered honorable mention All-Marawood South Conference this season. She led the Red Raiders with 46 ace serves this year. Marathon sophomore Mayven Schneider, a rightside hitter and setter, also received honorable mention All-Marawood South Conference this season. She led the Red Raiders with 363 pass assists this year.
Stratford senior McKenzie Novotny, a defensive specialist and outside hitter, was awarded honorable mention All-Marawood South Conference this season after earning second team All-conference last season. She was second on Stratford’s volleyball team this year with 169 kills, 166 digs and 323 serve receives. Stratford junior middle hitter Tria Tubbs received honorable mention All-Marawood South Conference for the second straight season. She was second on Stratford’s squad with 70 blocks this year.
