“Three of the Trident swimmers had the opportunity to taper, with this being their final meet of the season…(Burr, Peterson, E. Heath),” said Hanson. “Each of these swimmers improved greatly over the season and all of them were able to achieve lifetime best times at the conference meet.”
Over the next two weeks, the Trident swimmers will prepare for Sectionals, which takes place Nov. 9.
“The coaches were very pleased with how the team competed at this year’s conference meet, and are very excited to see how the girls do at Sectionals,” said Hanson.
