eport Correction:

The October 5 issue of The Star News incorrectly identified Megan Paul of having an OWI refusal charge dismissed.

The name should have appeared as Magen A. Paul, 27, of Medford had a charge of refusal to take test for intoxication after arrest dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

The Star News apologizes for the error.

Found guilty

Molly Enders, 27, of Phillips was found guilty due to a no contest plea of speeding in 55 MPH zone (16-19 MPH) and was ordered to pay $200.50. This charge was amended from speeding in 55 MPH Zone (20-24 MPH).

Divorces

The following divorce was granted on Monday October 2: Glen Lackershire of Medford and Barbara Lackershire of Ogema. The following divorce was granted on Wednesday October 4: Rachel Judnic of Medford and Joshua Judnic of Medford.
