Therese Carrick, 45, of Glidden, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of speeding in a 55 mph zone (1619 mph). This charge was amended from speeding in a 55 mph zone (20-24 mph). Carrick was ordered to pay $200.50.
Russell Dorn, 20, of Stanley, pled guilty to OWI (1st). Dorn was ordered to pay $957.50. Dorn also needs to install ignition interlock, his DOT license is revoked for seven months and needs to complete an alcohol assessment. Dorn also had charges of operating without valid license because of expiration and underage drinking/ possession (1st) dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Lynn Granberg, 52, Ogema was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct. This charge was amended from resisting or obstructing an officer. Granberg was ordered to pay $515.50.
Christie Graveen, 38 of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of mistreating animals and was ordered to pay $200.50.
Thomas Hanson, 51, of Abbotsford was found guilty due to a no contest plea of possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle (passenger) and was ordered to pay $200.50.
Braxton Yanda, 18, of Medford pled guilty to speeding in a 55 mph zone (16-19 mph). This charge was amended from speeding in a 55 mph zone (20-24 mph). Janda was ordered to pay $200.50. A charge of operating without carrying license was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Andrea Metz, 47, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of OWI and was ordered to pay $1,052. Metz also has to install an ignition interlock device, her license was revoked for eight months and she has to complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of operating with PAC >= 0.15 was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Magen Paul, 27, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of OWI (2nd) and was ordered to pay $1,462. Paul also had to install ignition interlock device, her DOT license was revoked for 12 months and she needs to complete an alcohol assessment. Paul was also found guilty due to a no contest plea of reckless driving (endangering safety) and was ordered to pay $456.50. This charge was amended from OWI (2nd). Paul also was found guilty due to a no contest plea of possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle (driver) and was ordered to pay $263.50. Charges of failure to keep vehicle under control and operating with PAC (2nd) were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. A charge of bail jumping (misdemeanor) was dismissed but read in court.
Nicholas Sloan, 25, of Chippewa Falls, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of battery and was ordered to pay $330.50.
Tristan Swartz, 35, of Gilman, pled guilty to disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $330.50.
Kevin Damm, 21, of Medford had a charge of operating with PAC >= 0.15 dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Kevin Damm, 21, of Medford had a charge of OWI dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Jason Pask, 46, of Medford had a charge of operating a motor vehicle without insurance dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Ashton Wehe, 17, of Medford had a charge of probationary licensee operating class D vehicle between hours of midnight and 5 a.m., dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Ashton Wehe, 17, of Medford had a charge of operating motor vehicle by probationary licensee with unauthorized person in vehicle dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Vincent Gomez, 29, of Boscobel, pled not guilty to two counts theft of movable property > $2,500-$5,000 (as a party to a crime).
