On May 8 at 7 a.m. on W. Broadway Ave. in Medford, Nevaeh K Hoffman, 16, of Medford, was pulling into a parking spot when she sideswiped the vehicle of Barbara K. Gelhaus, 66, of Medford.

On May 19 at 7:50 a.m. on W. Broadway Ave. in Medford, Shayla P. Radlinger, 16, of Medford, was attempting to pull into a parking spot when she grazed the unoccupied vehicle of Julie Lynn Matthias, 51, of Medford.

On May 22 at 4:05 p.m. in the town of Cleveland, John Joseph Tate, 60, of Ladysmith, exited the driveway at N6635 onto Hwy. 73 while driving a semi truck owned by River Country Co-Op when the right rear tires slid off of the driveway causing the vehicle to jackknife and go into a ditch.

On May 22 at 11 p.m. in Medford, Tamara Lynn Schmitt, 41, of Medford, was traveling northbound on S. Gibson St. when she attempted to turn right onto W. Perkins St. and mounted the curb before striking the stop sign post causing it to twist. Schmitt left the scene after sustaining damage to the front bumper of her vehicle. A citation was issued to Schmitt for failing to notify the police of the accident.

On May 26 at 11:12 a.m. in Medford, Kurt D. Brahmer, 45, of Medford, was backing out of a parking spot at 120 W. Broadway Ave. when he struck the vehicle of Karen J Kropp Mueller, 59 , of Medford.

On May 26 at 2:03 p.m. in the parking lot of 550 N Eighth St. in Medford, Larry J. Dassow, 41, of Medford, was backing out of a parking space while Charlotte A. Drolshagen, 79, of Medford, was moving forward into the parking space directly south of the parking space Dassow was moving out of. As Dassow was backing up in a southwest direction, the rear passenger side corner of his vehicle struck the middle side of Drolshagen’s vehicle causing functional damage.

On May 26 at 3:47 p.m. in Medford, Lynn Michelle Hawley-Colin of Athens, reported that her vehicle had been damaged in the Walmart parking lot at 1010 N. Eighth St. When she walked out of the building, Hawley-Colin saw functional damage to the rear bumper of her vehicle. The vehicle that had caused the damage was no longer at the scene.

On May 26 at 11:58 p.m. in Medford, Mathew Scott Kostner, 16, of Medford, was on W. Broadway Ave. when he made a left turn onto Billings Ave. and was traveling too fast to maintain control of the vehicle, causing him to strike the curb, disabling the vehicle due to a broken control arm. The vehicle was later towed and Kostner was issued a citation for failure to keep vehicle under control.

On May 27 at 8:30 p.m. in Westboro, Nicholas Joseph Willms, 26, of Westboro, was traveling eastbound on CTH D, when his motorcycle stuttered, causing Willms to lose control and overturn the vehicle. Willms claimed that the crash was caused by engine issues. After the incident Willms was issued a violation for operating a motorcycle without a valid license.

On June 1 at 9:30 p.m. in Medford, Tami Lynn Butler, 38, of Medford, was pulling out of the parking lot of 105 Wisconsin Ave. while Marie Minnie Rodriguez’s vehicle was parked on the right side of Butler’s. Butler pulled out of the parking space and had to conduct a backing maneuver due to other parked vehicles and limited turning space, causing her to strike the front of Rodriguez’s vehicle.

On June 2 at 1:12 p.m. in the parking lot of 116 Wisconsin Ave. in Medford, James Anton Jari, 83, of Medford was conducting a backing maneuver when the rear of his vehicle struck the left front corner of the unoccupied parked vehicle owned by Timothy Joseph Hobl of Medford.

On May 25 at 8:35 p.m. on CTH DD in the town of Maplehurt, Deisy Karina Gonzalez Herrera, 28, of Withee.

On May 31 at 6:42 a.m. on Hwy. 64 in the town of Medford, Dylan Sebastian Weiler, 22, of Curtiss. The vehicle was towed due to disabling damage.

On June 1 at 9:40 a.m. on CTH O in the town of Hammel, Lori Ann Bishop, 67, of Gilman. The vehicle was towed due to disabling damage.

On June 2 at 4:18 a.m. on Hwy 13, in the town of Chelsea, Rhonda Lynn Sackman, 47, of Westboro.
