Melody Ann Mellenthin, 65, of Unity, pled not guilty and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 12 months for retail theft. She was ordered to pay $14.29. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the state will move to dismiss this citation.

Keith Thomas Konopacki, 47, of Alma, pled no contest and was found guilty of retail theft. The court orders a forfeiture of $393.68 and $4.18 in restitution to be paid in 30 days.
