Jerry Richard Hartlich, 24, of Owen, pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for August 25, at 9 a.m.

Timothy Paul Kramas, 55, of Athens, pled not guilty to OWI (2nd offense), operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), operating with PAC (2nd offense) and inattentive driving. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for September 15, at 9:45 p.m.

Deagan James Mcnamar, 17, of Westboro, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for December 29, at 8:30 a.m.

Melody Ann Mellenthin, 65, of Unity, pled not guilty to retail theft. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for August 9, at 10 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for September 20, at 10:30 a.m.

Cody James Schult, 35, of Hawkins pled not guilty to the following charges: cause injury/operate while under the influence, hit and run-property adjacent to highway, OWI (first offense), operating left of center and operating with PAC >=0.08,<0.15 (1st offense). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for September 15, at 9:30 a.m.

Nicole Marie Revord, 45, of Medford, was charged with reckless driving-endanger safety. The charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Gabrielle Mailee Wise, 17, of Phillips pled no contest and was found guilty of OWI (first offense). Her license was revoked for 12 months and an ignition interlock system will be installed in vehicle upon licensure reinstatement. Wise must complete AODA and follow through with driver safety plan. She is ordered to pay a forfeiture of $987.50.

Jordan Max Goheen, 24, of Medford pled no contest and was found guilty of two charges of damage to property. He is ordered to pay one fine/restitution of $403.50 and another fine/restitution of $798.50.
