Plautz, 26, of Merrill, pled not guilty to the following charges: felony bail-jumping, possession with intent-amphetamine/methamphetamine (party to a crime), possession with intent-THC <=200 grams (party to a crime), possession of drug paraphernalia. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for August 11, at 3 p.m.
Jake M. Wendt, 36, of Medford, pled not guilty to resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater) and battery or threat to judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer (repeater). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 21, at 10:15 a.m.
Leticia O. Alcantara Flores, 36, of Plover, was charged with theft. The charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Emma Suzanne Dombroski, 17, of Medford, was charged with non-registration of vehicle-auto <10,000 lbs. and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. The charges were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Logan J. Rasmussen, 18, of Owen, was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon-person <18, which was dismissed but read in court. A charge of criminal damage to property was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
$443—Douglas E. Dahl, 57, of Stanley, operating while revoked (Revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/ refusal). A charge of license restriction violationclass D or M vehicle was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
393.50—Juan Carlos Mendoza Loya, 31, of Owen, operate without carrying a license. Amended from operate without a valid license (2nd within 3 years).
$150.10—Rodrigo Rodriguez Fuentes, 38, of Medford, violation of child safety restraint requirements-child 4 years but less than 8 years of age. An additional charge of the same violation was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
$10—Rodrigo Rodriguez Fuentes, 38, of Medford, operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance.

$443—Kimberly S. Szaflarski, 51, of Marshfield, possession/ illegally obtained prescription.
Caleb J. Hainzlsperger, 22, of Colby, pled no contest and was found guilty of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to dwelling. He shall serve a local jail time of 30 days no later than September 7, at 4:30 p.m. The jail sentence may be served with huber and good time. Hainzlsperger must submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. The fine and costs of $886 shall be paid to the Taylor County Clerk of Court at the rate of $25/month beginning November 1.
Seairra S. Frombach, 25, of Medford, pled no contest to battery (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury). Sentence was withheld and probation was ordered for a period of 18 months. Frombach shall write a letter of apology to the victim due within 30 days of sentencing and preapproved by the probation agent. She shall also undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation. Frombach shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. Costs of $543 shall be paid to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts at the rate of $50/ month beginning August 1.
Kimberly J. Kettleson, 48, of West Allis, pled no contest and was found guilty of possession of methamphetamine. Sentence was withheld and probation was ordered for a period of 2 years. Kettleson shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. The unpaid costs of $518 shall be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts at the rate of $50/month beginning September 15. Kettleson shall undergo an AODA and comply with any treatment recommendations and undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation. Charges of strangulation and suffocation and battery were dismissed but read in court.
Kettleson was found guilty of disorderly conduct. She shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. The unpaid costs of $443 shall be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Court at the rate of $50/month beginning September 15.
Justin A. Roth, 33, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of possession with intent-Amphetamine (>10-50g)-conspiracy to commit. Sentence was withheld and a probation of 4 years was ordered. Jail time of 60 days was ordered. The jail sentence may be served with huber and shall begin no later than September 7, at 4:30 p.m. Roth must submit to a DNA sample to the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. The unpaid costs of $518 shall be paid direct to the Taylor County Clerk of Court and shall be added to Roth’s current payment plan of $50/month. Roth shall undergo AODA, comply with any treatment recommendations and undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation. The following charges were dismissed but read in court: two charges of maintaining drug trafficking place, two charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, felony bail-jumping, possession with intent-THC (<=200 grams) (party to a crime), possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance, two charges of possession/illegally obtained prescription.
Keeley S. Steinke, 24, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of disorderly conduct-domestic abuse. Sentence was withheld and a probation of one year was ordered. Steinke shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. The costs of $543 shall be paid to the Taylor County Clerk of Court at the rate of $50/month beginning August 7. Steinke shall undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent.
Isabella R. Nielsen, 26, of Dorchester, pled no contest and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for two years for a charge of theft-moveable property <=$2,500. Nielsen shall not commit any criminal offenses; shall notify the Taylor County District Attorney’s Offi ce, as well as the Clerk of Court’s office, of any change of address within ten days of said change. Upon successful completion of the agreement the state will move to dismiss the charge. Restitution of $925 shall be paid at the rate of $40/month beginning August 1.
Heather Lynn Spinler, 39, of Medford, pled no contest and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for 6 months for a charge of failure to pay parking fine. Spinler agrees not to engage in any conduct which will result in the defendant being charged by the City of Medford Police Department, the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department or the State of Wisconsin for any traffic or vehicle offenses for the next 6 months. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case. A fine of $75 was paid in full to the court.
Donovan Alexander Sutherland, 16, of Rib Lake pled not guilty and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 6 months, for a charge of operating without required lamps lighted. Upon successful completion of agreement the state will move to dismiss the citation.
Steven Alan Tischendorf, 19, of Dorchester, pled not guilty and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 6 months for a charge of operating a vehicle with improper color light to rear. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the state will move to dismiss the citation.
Brett M. Kruppe, 22, of Glen Flora, pled no contest and was found guilty of two charges of theft of moveable property <=$2,500 (party to a crime), which were amended from theft-moveable property-special facts. Kruppe entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 1 year. Kruppe shall not commit any criminal offenses; and shall notify the Taylor Count District Attorney’s Offi ce, as well as the Clerk of Court’s office, of any change of address within ten days of said change. Upon Successful completion of the agreement, the state will move to dismiss the charge. Sentence was withheld and a probation of one year was ordered. Restutition of $2,181 was paid in full. Kruppe must submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department, shall have no contact with the victim, and write a letter of apology to the victim due within 30 days of sentencing and pre-approved by probation. Kruppe may petition the court for expungement upon successful completion of probation.
The following charges were dismissed but read in court: Seven counts of theft-moveable property-special facts (party to a crime), and criminal damage to property (party to a crime).A charge of burglary-building or dwelling (party to a crime) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Brian Scott Johnson, 60, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of worthless checks. Forfeiture and restitution of $352.89 is due to the court by August 4.
