Car flipped over

CRASH REPORTS

Rocky Allan Juedes, 45, of Stetsonville, was traveling eastbound on CTH A on February 9, at 10 p.m., in the town of Deer Creek. Due to icy road conditions, Juedes overturned the vehicle twice ending upright in the ditch. Vehicle was towed due to disabling damage. Speed too fast for conditions were a factor in the accident. Juedes was issued two citations for failing to keep vehicle under control and failing of operator to notify police of accident.

Kenn Lee Boehlen, 39, of Medford, was traveling eastbound on CTH A on February 10, at 4:55 a.m., in the town of Little Black. Boehlen started to fishtail and was unable to control the vehicle causing it to overturn and end up on its roof in the south side of the ditch. The vehicle was towed, but not due to disabling damage.

Tim J. Griesbach, 55, of Westboro, was traveling eastbound on CTH D, on February 4, at 7:30 p.m., in the town of Jump River. Griesbach came to a curve when he hit snow and was unable to control the vehicle causing it to go into the ditch. Griesbach’s vehicle was towed due to disabling damage. He was issued 2 citations, one for failure to keep vehicle under control, and another for failing to notify police of accident.

Danny John Pipkorn, 42, of Westboro, was backing into the driveway of their residence with all the hazard lights lit and they were all in working order. Pipkorn was then hit by Levi J. Lukes, 37, of Ogema. Pipcorn advised that the entire trailer portion was completely in the driveway already, and that Lukes struck the rear portion of the truck by the rear bumper and axle area. Lukes’ truck sustained disabling damage, but they were able to get it off the roadway to ensure no further crashes would occur. Lukes stated that they were headed eastbound and didn’t realize what Pipkorn was doing until it was too late. Lukes attempted to brake and swerve to avoid the collision. Lukes’ vehicle had to be towed from the scene and he was issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
